Bass Mafia Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

• Our warehouse processes orders Monday - Friday. 
• Orders that are placed before 2:00 pm CST on a business day will ship the same day. 
• Orders placed after 2pm or on a weekend or observed holiday will ship the next business day. 
• Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking information. 

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active in the shipping carrier's system.

Oversized Items

• Oversized items may ship separately from other items.
• Oversized items may have additional shipping charges depending on their size and method of shipping. 

Cancellation Policy

• Once an order is placed it cannot be edited or changed. Due to our fast shipping, our cancellation window is limited and we cannot guarantee an order can be canceled before shipping.
• Please contact us at customerservice@mafiaoutdoors.com to see if your order can be canceled. An order number and email address is required for all cancellation attempts.

Backordered/Out of Stock Items

• If an item is unavailable, it cannot be backordered.
• If you are inadvertently able to order an out-of-stock item, you will be contacted, and a refund notification will be emailed that reflects the amount of your backordered item.
• To be notified when an out-of-stock item has been replenished, sign up for “Back in Stock” email notifications on the specific product page.

Bass Mafia Return Policy

At Bass Mafia, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 45 days of the shipping/fulfillment date.
• Return requests made after 45 days will not be accepted.
• Items must be in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
• Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Return Shipping

• Free return shipping is available for customers within the lower 48 states of the U.S.
• For territories outside the lower 48, a $25 return shipping fee will be applied.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customerservice@mafiaoutdoors.com to request a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email. If you are returning an item that is defective or damaged, please include pictures of the issue in your email. 
2. Prepare Your Package: Please repackage your items in their original shipping box. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the return inside of the box.
3. Ship Your Return: Use the return label provided by our team and drop the box off at the proper shipping carrier (most likely USPS). 

Refund Process

• Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Please note that original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Exceptions/Exclusions

• Drop Ship and Oversized Items are not eligible for free return shipping.
• Used baits and tackle are not eligible for return.
• Non-returnable items
• Gift Cards
• Clearance items purchased at a discounted price greater than 40%
